About
Arjun Mehta is Bettor Health's Sleep & Recovery Coach. His path to this work is personal: severe burnout and chronic sleep deprivation during a demanding corporate career deepened his own impulsive behaviors, including late-night compulsive gambling. Rebuilding his health meant rebuilding his sleep and energy systems first — and that experience defines his coaching practice. Arjun holds a sleep science coaching certification from the Spencer Institute and has completed training in behavioral sleep medicine, circadian rhythm optimization, and the science of how sleep deprivation disrupts impulse control and dopamine regulation. He has led sleep and recovery workshops for behavioral health and corporate wellness programs, and his sleep-reset protocol has been adopted by two betting-recovery support programs as a complementary module. How They Got Here
Arjun experienced severe burnout and chronic sleep deprivation during a high-pressure corporate career, which compounded impulsive behaviors including compulsive online gambling during late-night hours. His recovery journey was inseparable from rebuilding his sleep and energy foundations. He has spent four years as a sleep and wellness coach, working specifically with individuals in behavioral recovery whose symptoms are worsened by poor sleep and dysregulated energy.

Arjun holds a certification in sleep science coaching from the Spencer Institute and has completed training in behavioral sleep medicine techniques, circadian rhythm optimization, and the relationship between sleep deprivation and impulse control.
