Module 2: Building Connection Skills
0/5Understanding loneliness is necessary but not sufficient, you also need practical skills. This module teaches you how to initiate contact, listen with attention, share authentically, handle rejection, and evaluate the quality of your digital and in-person connections.
Module 3: Sustaining Meaningful Relationships
